During your free consultation, we review your goals in detail and prepare you for your training journey.
Your safety is our utmost priority. The PARQ+ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) allows our coaches to ensure you are ready for physical activity. Please be advised, medical clearance may be needed from your primary care physician before starting training.
We strongly recommend wearing athletic clothing and sneakers. Don’t forget to bring water, or a reusable bottle to fill at the studio. Towels are recommended but not required. Please no jeans or sandals.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failing to do so will result in loss of session. Clients have the option to reschedule sessions to another time slot within the same week. Rescheduled sessions do not have the option to cancel. Not attending your rescheduled session will result in loss of session.
Our online coaching will provide you with a specialized program that aligns directly with your goals. We will have weekly check-ins and will adjust your program as needed, based on your progress. With online coaching, you have weekly contact with me via phone for questions, such as movement breakdowns, and dietary recommendations.
Training regimens are dependent on physical fitness level. We will work together during your free consultation to make an effective assessment and factor in your personal goals.
Discounts are included in whichever package you select.
Results vary from person to person, with proper consistency in exercise and nutrition you will start to feel the positive effect of exercise anyway from 2-8 weeks. Please keep in mind leading a healthier lifestyle is not only about the physical body. You will also see positive effects internally as well. This is not a quick fix but a long-term fitness solution that lasts for life.
