PARQ+ stands for Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. This allows me to see if you are ready to engage in physical activity or if we need a doctors permission. This is purely to ensure the safety of my clients, which is always my top priority.
Any type of athletic clothing including sneakers as well as a water bottle. Towel is recommended but not necessary. Please no jeans or sandals, training session will be rescheduled.
24 hour notice for both cancellation and rescheduling. Failing to do so will result in loss of session. Make sure to be on time, being late only cuts into your session. Please be courteous, your time is valuable to me as well as mine.
With online training you will receive a specialized program that fits your goals. We will have weekly check-ins as well as program adjustments based on your progress. You will always have access to contacting me via phone for any questions you have, movement breakdowns, dietary suggestions.
That depends on what fitness level you are starting at as well as your goal. We can address the answer when we first get in contact.
Discounts are already enrolled into packages available. I do offer student discounts. Student ID is needed.
